The FRESH Start Betrayal Recovery Program is a small-group experience designed to help couples thru the stages of healing after betrayal. Using the FRESH Essentials—Forgiveness, Respect, Empathy, Safety/Trust, and Humility—it guides couples toward rebuilding trust, restoring emotional connection, and creating a healthier marriage than before. Couples meet weekly in a safe environment where they receive ive coaching to navigate the pain of betrayal and move toward lasting restoration.
