I Help Couples Do Love And Life Better
I am Clifton Brantley, a marriage and spiritual development coach. I work with couples who are stuck, worn down, or rebuilding after betrayal, and I teach them the things nobody ever taught them about doing marriage well.
For more than a decade I have worked with couples in crisis, first as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas and now as a coach. I have sat with infidelity, communication breakdowns, and years of built-up resentment, and I have watched marriages come back from all of it.
I believe marriage is God’s idea, and that His Word offers time-proven wisdom for healing it. So I combine real-world relationship tools with biblical principles. My specialty is helping couples communicate effectively, resolve conflict, and create connection, and helping men get clear about who they actually are.
Couples tell me my approach is refreshingly honest yet deeply compassionate. I will tell you the truth, with love, and I will not shy away from the hard parts. That is usually what makes the difference.
In 2004 I sat at a funeral and asked myself a question I could not put back down: what will people say about me when I am gone? Whose life will I have changed, other than my children’s?
That question sent me looking for my purpose, and the search kept landing in the same place: marriage and family.
So at thirty-three, as a single parent of three, I went back to school. The goal was simple and, at the time, not remotely realistic. I wanted to be in private practice one day, helping couples do marriage better.
Years later, that is exactly what I do. And the reason I now build programs and communities instead of only seeing couples one at a time is straightforward: more couples need help than I could ever fit on a calendar.
If He designed it, then His Word is the best manual available for how to do it well.
Most of us learned marriage by watching whoever raised us, and then we repeated it. If you learn it wrong, you will live it wrong.
You cannot change your spouse. You can change what you bring into the room, and that changes more than you expect.
The couples who succeed are the ones who realize the answers are already inside them. My job is to help you find them.
